Nicolas (amanico) presents his stunning Longines Conquest 30 CH Ref 7413-3, a vintage chronograph that exemplifies mid-century horological design. His post not only showcases the watch's enduring beauty but also explores how different strap choices can dramatically alter its aesthetic, inviting readers to appreciate the subtle art of watch presentation. This piece offers a glimpse into a bygone era of watchmaking, highlighting a true time capsule from the 1960s.

One of my most beautiful vintage Chronograph, this Longines Conquest 30 CH Ref 7413-3.

Surprising on a leather Nato.

Maybe a bit too much.

Better on a perforated calf:

When you think that this watch was sold in January 1966, most probably made in 1964 or 1965... A time capsule.

Best,

Nicolas
