in this day and age of technology, speed, digitisation, globalisation etc etc, the timeless art of creating a hand crafted movement, with so much attention to detail, is not only surviving, but also thriving. Long may it continue!!

I happened to be on a business trip in Singapore last Mar 4-6, and happened to drop by the Lange boutique on the evening of Mar 4. Got the chance to see the 2013 Novelties and love the 1815 Up Down in WG. Didn't know that the boutique was just newly opened and having some exhibits. Thanks for bringing us via your pictures to the said grand opening.

Thank you Kong for posting this. I don't have a Lange yet but was invited for this gala dinner where I made a few new friends who taught me alot. Coincidentally I was caught in one of your pics! :) My next watch will likely be a chrono and the lange 1815 chrono and montblanc villeret pulsographe (which "poisoned" me since last year's montblanc event) are the leading contenders now (I have very small wrists so 39mm suits best and not too thick too). Hope to see you next time. Robin Wong
