Maybe you still have in mind this wonderful piece, which was released in 2004, in a limited edition of 35 pieces.

Reverso Platinum Tourbillon Skeleton:

A modern expression of the skeleton, and a very light outcome. Sublime.

This year, Jaeger Lecoultre comes back with another Reverso, for the Hybris Artistica collection.

A Reverso has its place in this superlative collection, since it is an icon for The Grande Maison.

JLC opted for the Grande Reverso Case, which is 48, 4 x 29, 9 mm big., while the Reverso GT  case is 42 x 26 mm.

The reversible case is made of two sapphire tiles, which will add some aerial dimension to the Watch and will provide a captivating play of light and transparency to the dial.

The metal is white gold, here.

The movement, the Cal 863 SQ, is totally deocrated by hand, its mainplate and bridges, to be precise.

The base is the same than the Cal 848 SK of the previous Reverso Skeleton Tourbillon, but the ebauche has been totally revisited, with a new shape for the plate, bridges and tourbillon cage.

The outcome is more conventional, how to say it, less modern than on the Platinum Skeleton Tourbillon, but still, very light, I find.

A sculptural beauty I invite you to discover now, through some live pictures...

This masterpiece will be offered in a limited edition of... 3 pieces.

Best,

Nicolas

Beautiful watch!

I am not a big fan of "full" Skeleton dials... But I find this one very attractive! Guess it's because the Reverso don't show the skin through the watch... :) Best Blomman

This one is something, but still, I prefer the 2004 version.

I must be faithful to my first love... I tend to prefer modern skeletons, light, not too finished... Best, and thanks for your answer, my friend. Nicolas

The new one looks more like a Platinum No. 1

on the reverse side. I still prefer the original, and at least there are 35 pieces to hunt for. A little better odds! :) Best, Joe

Still prefer the former...

Strange,I can't remember this reverso in the HA cabinets.....maybe there was too much to watch,I got distracted. Once more,I would have opted for platinum here, like the first reverso. Nice watch anyway. Nico, you went to the manufacture right?did you have another look at a certain Quantieme lunaire again? Mo

I can understand that. Some will also prefer the bigger size of the new Grande Reverso.

Others will consider that the GT case is perfect. A matter of taste. Sadlly, when I was at the Manufacture, I couldn't see the certain Q.L. It was not there. But I will normally see it again, soon. Best, Nicolas
