Henryrover proudly announces his third Jaeger-LeCoultre acquisition, the Master Ultra Thin Perpetual with a black dial in steel, a piece that captivated him with its slender profile and perpetual calendar complication. His post, featuring a group photo of his JLC trio, invites fellow collectors to appreciate the nuances of this elegant timepiece and its place within a diverse collection.

Master Ultra Thin Perpetual, with black dial in steel case.

Many good points has already been shared by owners here, so I would just reinterate one point: I was simply smitten by the slender case with a perpetual calendar when tried on. No return since then...

The dial shows colors from light grey to charcoal to deep black under different lighting.

Finally, a JLC group photo with Reverso Duo and Master Hometime

Edit: too thrilled that I forgot to upload the photos smile

Yet "complicated" inside, I find this watch really interesting. Been thinking to wear it as an every(working)day office watch, any thoughts ?

On a serious note, the black dial on the Reverso has beautiful and highly technical guiloche pattern while another two are simpler to make I think

The clarity on the date dial is better on the silver version
