Amanico reflects on 2014, a year filled with notable Jaeger-LeCoultre novelties, passionate discussions, and memorable community gatherings. This post serves as a heartfelt New Year's message, celebrating the shared passion for horology and the friendships forged within the WatchProSite community.
2014 is ending in a few hours, here in Paris.
It was a very interesting years, with some delicious novelties, such as the Tribute to Reverso Chocolate, the Tribute to Reverso 1948, the sublime Duometre à Quantième Lunaire Enamel, and the totally crazy Hybris Artistica line.
We had some passionate ( to say the least ) and very interesting discussions about the Tributes To Geophysic.
We also revisited some great vintage pièces, all along this year, and we had the opportunity to see some very rare vintage watches, such as the mighty Memovox World Time.
On a more personal note, I would also like to mention a fantastic trip in SingaKong, which allowed me to finally meet an impressive bunch of friends, and some very cool places.
I will not forget our gatherings in Paris, which is, for many of you, your second home, at least I do hope you had this feeling.
Watches, Passion, Friendship, Trips, Discoveries, Beauty.... Is there a better world than this one?
Let's " bury " 2014 in Beauty, and let's wish the best for the year to come, for you, yours and this virtual home of ours. With the same recipe.
Have a great 2015, my friends.
Nicolas
