TylerDurden's provocative post, "Is Horology Dead?", sparked a lively debate within the WatchProSite community, challenging conventional views on the state of high horology and the watch market. This article distills the diverse opinions and arguments presented, exploring whether traditional watchmaking is in decline or simply evolving. It examines discussions on market contractions, brand value, and the definition of 'Haute Horology' in a changing industry.

I like blue dials on watches and have three on very modest steel ones. I did not know about association with platinum. Best Clive

but i don't know why the video starts at the end, you have to put it back to the beginning, sorry
i know what you mean, but anyway, he owns the luxurybazaar, i think he's got opinions but somehow it is an average feedback from his customers, i like it.
I'd stumbled across these videos a month or so ago, and while I'd heard of his business I never really gave it much consideration when searching for a new watch. I do like these videos, these discussions about price need to be had out in the open. And this guy talks pretty openly (allowing for the fact that he is a businessman, and will want his price!).
in the end it's all about the price tag but even it is his business, he do love watches and i must admit his analysis is objective and like i said before, reflects the market.
