My last post of 2019 with my first watch of 2019, the Gronefeld 1941 Principia. This is the watch that kickstarted 2019 for me. It is my first independent piece and one of my biggest purchase in this hobby. I am glad that the love for it is still as strong as the day I first brought it home!

I am enjoying this piece tremendously and like what you said, it will definitely enjoy alot of wrist time this year too. I am seriously leaning towards Independents, the mainstream brands doesn’t appeal to me much nowadays. In fact my two confirmed incomings for this year are indies.
