Most of us have "a real life" with family, job, etc. but some are retired like myself, and we while away our time buying and selling and fooling around with our watches, cars, corkscrews and cameras.

We have talked about expanding my Grand Seiko Master Database but the very thought makes me a bit tired. But today I re-discovered a site (forgotten for some years) which is the reason we don't need to do that.

Let me say first that I am not a fan of redirecting people to other places on the web, because building a community HERE is what we are all about.

With that said, let me introduce the Plus 9 Time database which is run by a fan of Japanese watches who is ever so meticulous and obsessed:

A SUMMARY PAGE

SEARCH ENTRY PAGE

SEARCH RESULT PAGE WITH NO VARIABLES REQUESTED (one page worth of 1077 entries)

SEARCH RESULT FOR TITANIUM CASE (one page worth)

SEARCH RESULT FOR BLUE DIAL AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT

SEARCH RESULT FOR ROSE GOLD MANUAL WIND

SEARCH RESULT FOR PLATINUM CASE

ORIGINAL PRICE & PRODUCTION NUMBER STATS (one page worth, prices in Yen)

I am not worthy (but I have a life outside too). What do you guys think?

Cazalea

I follow on IG and have done for several years I think. Don’t need any other resource, even no need to follow the brand directly as this delivers everything we need without the fluff.

He’s been doing a great job for years πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

On all Japanese watch brands AFAIK πŸ‘πŸ» Now that does answer the question of whether a renewed database is necessary 😊 Thanks for posting - been following him on IG for news but not looked at the database πŸ‘πŸ»

You’re welcome

I guess I can retire now as GS is taken care of elsewhere…
