It's a good watch and the timing was perfect. I just hope they will make good use of the attention and continue to prove why they should be considered a top watchmaker. Don't stand still, GP!

The brand has not been able to pick up that well like RM, Pp etc but they do make some really nice watches

The laureato is a decent looking watch and not to forget design is inspired by Gérald genta ideas the same guy whose creations are well applauded today. Nothing wrong with the product. If someone makes fun of the nautilus same way would be interesting to see how many agree.

The new Laureato so far (if we don't consider the once that breaks the bank)…! Great shot! Best Blomman

But I’m also for good humor, especially as applied to what is otherwise a pretty “high brow” industry that sometimes takes itself too seriously.

How is being "inspired" by Gerald Genta's ideas anything more than another brand making a Rolex Submariner copy watch today. I haven't seen debating the fact that GP had their internal designers make the watch after Genta's first masterpiece, the Royal Oak, had started to catch on. Also, being named after the movie The Graduate is not a great way to name a watch. I'll stick with this.
