Indohorology shares his excitement about acquiring two F.P. Journe timepieces, a Chronomètre à Résonance Black Label and a Tourbillon Souverain Remontoir, for himself and his wife. This post captures the joy of collecting and the personal connection to these exceptional independent watches, accompanied by travel photos from Japan.

Howdy folks!

This month has been a perfect month! I just came back from my business trip to Japan, and look what i had brought home for my wife as an OMIYAGE  !

Wife with her her new FPJ TS remontoir, Moi with FPJ BLB DST=)

Enjoy some shots from my iphone.... First is my BLB DST....

The BLB DST under a straight spotlight... coarse beautiful black dial...

A perfect companion to attend formal events...

A purist's wrist shot!

And.... this is the newest member of our little horology kingdom..... *drums roll*

First day in action @ Omizudera, Kyouto. Enjoying the magic of ruthenium dial! Trust me.... its truly magical!!  =)

A traditional formal dinner with Geisha-san

Spending the rest of the night in pachinko parlor...

Okonomiyaki aka Japanese Pizza @Osaka

Looks good even with casual wear!

Finally, my wife posing with her new horology toy=)

A perfect couple altogether....

Please excuse the iphone's photo quality! Thanks for looking!

Have a great weekend, mates! Cheers!

Regards,
Alex
