ChristianDK's festive F.P. Journe Chronomètre Bleu, paired with a vibrant yellow strap for Easter, sparked a lively discussion among collectors. His post not only showcased a stunning timepiece but also invited the community to share their own Good Friday wristwear and activities, leading to fascinating insights into market values and personal preferences.

Love the yellow! Easter or not!
No FPJ for me today - going with the El Primero instead 😉
But I recently checked it's value and was almost shocked. It's probably THE ICON among all independents but I'm not sure it's worth more than a platinum Patek chrono perpetual calendar 5270 Both are great and yes, a 5270 is not a 5970 .... But still THIS PATEK, is CHEAPER Than THIS Journe CB If I had a CB I would probably NOT trade it for that Patek But if I was in the market and would buy one of these 2 second hand .... I would take the Patek
I actually have a yellow strap on one of my other FPs and every time I see a picture of this combo, I'm tempted to put it on my CB as well. That beautiful blue dial pops even more with the yellow strap. I think the time has finally come 😎 By the way... I shared your nice image in our "FP Journe Collectors and FP Journe Enthusiast" group on Facebook, of course gave you a credit for this nice image. I hope it's okay with you. HAGWE, my friend 🥂
But the day started with this one ... Went to see all the novelties for 2026. So the Panerai for watches and wonders but also releases that will follow later this year. So I had to wear a Panerai I guess
I’m traveling to the west coast with my trusted GMT.
