Kong reports on the Singapore launch of the Bulgari Octo Maserati Quadri-Retro, a collaboration between the two iconic Italian brands. The post captures the event's atmosphere at Cortina Watch Millenia Walk, showcasing the watch alongside a Maserati GranTurismo.

The Breguet Classique Musicale reference 7800 is a highly complex timepiece that integrates a musical mechanism capable of playing a melody on demand. This model stands out within the Classique collection for its innovative approach to horological complications, moving beyond traditional timekeeping functions to incorporate an auditory experience. It represents Breguet's continued commitment to intricate mechanical artistry and the development of novel complications. The musical mechanism is activated by a pusher, allowing the wearer to enjoy a pre-programmed tune.
The 7800 features an 18k rose gold case with a diameter of 40 mm, housing the manual-winding caliber 507TMG. This movement is visible through a sapphire crystal caseback, showcasing its intricate construction and the components responsible for both timekeeping and the musical function. The watch offers a power reserve of 50 hours and is water-resistant to 30 meters. The dial is silver, often featuring a hand-guilloché pattern, and is protected by a sapphire crystal.
This reference appeals to collectors who appreciate Breguet's high-complication pieces and those interested in watches that offer unique interactive features. The Classique Musicale 7800 is part of a lineage of Breguet watches that push the boundaries of mechanical innovation, sitting alongside other notable complications in the brand's contemporary catalog. Specific variants exist, such as the "Bach" version, which plays a melody composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, adding a layer of thematic interest for collectors.
... comes to my mind :-) Thanks, for sharing. Oliver
That's absolutely stunning watch. Thnx 4sharing. Khalid
Have we by any chance met in Kuala Lumpur before? Kong
for the blue colour paint job? I am aghast. The base colours: white, silver etc are standard. But if you want the iconic Maserati blue, it's an extra charge..... on a car nearly half a million Singapore dollars (USD 400k). So, here's a thought: the Bulgari Octo Maserati watch is "only" 8 or 9% of the price and comes with blue as standard....... :-) MTF
