Foversta shares a captivating photo essay from the De Greef Salon in Brussels, offering a comprehensive collection of wristshots from major brands like A. Lange & Söhne, IWC, Zenith, JLC, Cartier, Panerai, and Van Cleef & Arpels. This post provides readers with a unique opportunity to see a wide array of 2012 novelties and previous year's models on the wrist, capturing the atmosphere of a premier watch event.

I was in Brussels this end of the week to celebrate the 40th birthday of a friend. I couldn't miss this opportunity to visit the Salon organized by De Greef, the famous AD located close the Grande Place. The Salon took place during four days at the Nonciature, a superb building which was renovated to host events.

The Salon allowed me to browse again the main part of the 2012 novelties of some big brands like Lange, IWC, Zenith, VC&A, JLC, Cartier, Panerai without forgetting Ressence which creator, Benoît Mintiens is from Belgium.

I propose you my traditional collection of wristshots. Of course, I will come back specifically to some brands.

The Nonciature:

Lange:

From the 2012 collection:

Some watches of the previous years:

JLC:

JLC came awith an impressive selection of watches including the SpheroTourbillon.

Cartier:

Panerai:

Van Cleef&Arpels:

Of course for the WS, I needed the help of a lovely lady...

Zenith:

The good surprise was to be able to see the Christophe Colomb and the Type 20:

IWC:

What a pleasure to handle the Grande Complication!

So, stay tuned during the next weeks for the reports!

I would like to thank a lot the staff of the brands and of De Greef for the warm welcome!
