They just came out with the new Alpine Enstone Edition. Which I like every detail except for the British flag on the roof - the car is French, not British! There are speculations that Alpine may come to the USA market. But primarily as an electric sports car brand.

A quick update, so yesterday i took the A110 out for the day and offcourse it is a fabulous feeling. However, at the end of the day my back hurt quite a lot. I did have some difficulties finding a correct or comfortable seating position due to my lenght. Another negative point is the traffic here around Gent … it’s really getting out of hand, i think i averaged around 35 kph πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ™„ …. Makes me wonder even more why i should spend a lot of money getting one. If i didn’t have a car right now and i ha

… me his car from time to time …. So i don’t have to buy one myself πŸ˜…. My Megane with the same engine has done 95.000 km by now, hauling an extra 380 kilos without any trouble. I still call it the family-car, a very capable family car i must admit.

If your driving is always within 150km from your home, a Tesla works well. Double wishbone suspension! RWD mostly. Very reliable. Minimal maintenance. And if you have solar panels, your electricity costs very little. The AMG in the garage is seldom driven.
