The reference number of this piece unique is 27.9001.342/78.R582.

This timepiece caught the watchmaking world in 2017 with a completely new kind of oscillator consisting of only two components made of silicon.
In addition to the outstanding precision of the watch, which is confirmed by the Besancon Observatory, the watch is also insensitive to magnetic fields and temperature fluctuations. This watch is the future in watchmaking.
Zenith produced only ten Defy Lab watches , each one was issued as individual pieces.
The case is made of Aeronith a new, extremely lightweight and very durable high tech material.
The watch comes as a full set with a very impressive and really great designed box.
Also included is a USB flash drive with the press kit of the watch and all the pictures, videos and data from the official presentation of the watch, which took place in September 2017 in front of an international audience at Zenith in Le Locle.
