Grönefeld One Hertz in Titanium A wonderful example of an incredibly rare and beautiful watch. This is the watch which was Timezone watch of the year 2012. The watch shows what can be achieved by independent watchmakers producing very limited pieces pushing the boundaries of technical achievement. The Titanium case houses the 39 jewelled G-02 in house developed movement which display dead beat seconds driven by a separate mainspring barrel to the hours and minutes. The escapement is a Swiss Lever type with a free sprung balance. The main plate of the watch is nickel silver with stainless steel bridges. Both mainsprings of the watch are wound simultaneously with the innovative push to set push to wind winder. The movement has a power reserve of 72 hours as indicated on the dial. This watch is number 4 of thirty made in Titanium. This is a chance to own a rare and beautiful piece of horological history. The One Hertz retails in Titanium at 39,900 Euros
