Hi rohit, the price on this watch is negotiable, because the papers are no longer intact. I recall your offer in the past but I would like to know what the very best you can do is. 3800 is much less than I regularly planned. I can give you the counter offer of 5000. This is very low since I did pay alot for this watch and it is in fairly good condition. To be honest even 40% of the purchasiing price would be a great deal. I understand your concern when seeing a lower retail price but i will assure you that, the likes of that being a rose gold transatlantic is very unlikely due to the rarity of the piece. Rose gold Transatlantiques are no longer made by breguet. So it must
