For sale, a rare indie watch. VOGARD TIMEZONER "Licensed Pilots Edition" - PRICE DROP
VOGARD Timezoner was the world’s first wristwatch that provided time zone adjusting via the bezel (by opening the port at the 4 oçlock position.
VOGARD later sold the patent to IWC, which they used in their Pilot WorldTime watch.
This model is special as the bezel is engraved with the official IATA codes for the main airports of each timezone. The gold colored outer circle is used for the period from April to October and the silver colored inner circle from November to March. Both circles will automatically account for changes in Daylight Savings Time (summer time).
