A similar "Darth" Cabaret with solid case back - engraved with Walter Lange´s signature - from 1999 was sold at auction in November 2013 (Auktionen Dr. Crott, Germany). So I am afraid, no new limited editions. The 1815 up and down Walter Lange with hunter...
I think that they are both new pieces..........
The Cabaret would not be at the boutique if it wasn't new and for sale, there is a description below each watch in that picture. The 1815 up/down looks new as well, I know they did them with a 37mm case this watch in the photo looks like its housed in a b...

They belong to a collector who lent them in the context of the exhibition at the boutique.
It is the reason why they are displayed on the first floor and not with the other watches. Fx
