The 1815 is the OG for me. 235.032
I fell in love with the original 1815 upon its release. I bought it, sold it, and now returned to its current edition in 38.5mm.
I have more complicated Langes. But I just keep coming back to the simplicity, clarity and charm of this one in pink gold.

There is little to be gained comparing the two: they each have their own features and charms. To me, yours is particularly congruent and simple.
Sometimes the simple one is the best.
The 1815 Up/Down was the first Lange I really desired. I have never owned it, and not sure I will. I own and have owned others Lange, and more complicated Lange, but like you my 1815 is the one I wear more.

I'm glad the 1815 three-hander has settled at 38.5mm - to me, 40mm was too big for it. Fine for the 1815 Annual Calendar though with more to accommodate on the dial.
There is always something truly special to behold about a time only watch.
