Great watch.
I had the same watch that I traded for a PP 5396. After the trade I was really regretting it, and decided to get another Lange 1 reference 101.022. Was looking for the Lange Darth as well, but the value has shot up so much.

Indeed a quite early and more sportive iteration of the Lange 1. Found it recently so it's my first incoming for 2022 (and perhaps the only one)
There was a time, this was considered as an "aquired taste" watch
Today, with the help of the luminous line, this one has grown an many. An interesting change of view! It is a cool watch 👍.

And you are spot on: it took me the better part of 10 years to warm up to a Lange 1 and this is the one I then hunted for. Living in Singapore where the Durian is considered king the King of fruits I can also relate to the "aquired taste" moniker 😉 Very f...
