Hello. I'd greatly appreciate some advice. Your watch is gorgeous. I'm on the brink of consummating my own strong love affair with the Lange 1, but the winder is holding me back. I find it too small to grip between thumb and forefinger, so my compromise is to run the lower half of my forefinger down along the crown to turn it. The crown is quite stiff, which adds to turning .resistance. I'm told that the resistance lessens after a relatively short time, and makes the winding much easier, but it's a leap into the unknown, hence my reaching out to you to learn whether your watch became noticeably easier to wind after some weeks of use. I'd be very grateful if you'd share your experience with me.

Initially, I wasn't use to shooting everything with the 28mm so I had to adapt with the feet, moving in closer to everything other than for scenery. I will take it to Hokkaido as my only camera later this week to fully test it and give you a better review...

utilise two separate frame lines in camera 35mm & 50mm but all it does is crop the scene with the resulting reduction in pixels. I personally prefer to crop in PP.

I find the winding experience quite acceptable but if compared to say a 1815 it's a bit stiffer but not excessive. To make matters more complicated, every L1 may differ in their winding stiffness, even with new watches. Try aother one to see if there is a...
