Finally…
While I think it will probably take quite some time, it’s encouraging that the trend towards ever larger watches has been at least stopped, if not yet fully reversed.
The wrists of the average watch wearer have not dramatically grown over the past 30 years, unlike the watches we put on them 😉
Not that long ago that 36-37mm were considered Jumbo and even manly men seemed perfectly fine with 30-35mm pieces. Required more effort to get the proportions right, though 😊

Your 1815 is the perfect size, as are those Emil Lange and other smaller Lange. I was close to buying a Little Lange 1 myself several years ago. Even though the regular Lange 1 is small in itself I felt the “Little” was perhaps even better. The new 1815s ...
