While the size, and the dial layout, of this watch and the RG enamel are identical, the color metal and the black dial make them two completely different watches for me. Neither is overly, or overtly, dressy, although both would do just fine in most any setting, short of a tux, perhaps. But the WG/Black dial fellow here does seem to take to jeans a bit more than his brother.
I've thought that maybe having both of these PLMs is unnecessary but each time I put one on I don't see parting with it. They are dissimilar enough to serve different purposes and both are a joy to wear.

That's a good term for it. Not that it's heavy but when it's on the wrist you know you are wearing something that makes a statement.

While my favourite is the red gold enamel dial version, this has a huge cool factor. Very rare, but has acquiring the platinum enamel crossed your mind to complete the trinity?
