The. DB has a lot of depth to the dial which adds to the shot for sure.

. . . and will aim for the same diameter in maple. Pool cue shafts are typically 12.75 mm +/- .25 mm, snooker cues are between 9 and 10.5 mm. The reason he can't go any narrower than 11 mm is the ferrule materials he has on hand to work with aren't up to ...

Just one submission, since we are only allowed 2 watches for static. A pair of indies in steel with salmon guilloche, with 2 different complications. A pair I am rather fond of! ...  

. . . but there can be any number of watches per photo, N. Feel free to submit one more static and two wrist shots. Getting more than one wrist in a wrist shot is difficult, but that's another matter altogether.

A nice theme and let me play with four of my personal favorite shots to answer it: Two statics: That day I was wearing my Kermit Sub and watched one of my grandchildren playing in our backyard with this charming frog toy and I imagined it falling in love ...  

😊😊 All four of your pics stress a special point and are well taken: If I may, I‘ll pick the very first with that magnificent frog with the green Kermit Rolex, all like taken from a Disney movie with delicate lights in that pic !.. – My other fav, no hesit... 

The Kermit shot is a big favorite of mine because though not perfect I find it funny and amusing and reminds me the surprise looks of my grandchild when I asked him borrowing it and then shooting it with my watch. Probably he thought he had a bit mad gran...

I didn´t remember viewing "The Vortex" before. That´s an stunning shot: both the background and the superb timepiece you share. Then "The Space, final frontier" is a very striking image too. The Panerai and Doxa shots I remember well, as both were winners...
