The main USP of Piaget is their superthin manufacture calibres. I would try and build on that by developing some complications which would have to be the thinnest compared to their competition. A perpetual, with or without EOT, comes to mind but I would also love to see a two register chronograph with micro-rotor in the Altiplano line. Very clinical, very understated, very thin but also very Piaget.

I would also try and stem the increase in size of watches. 43mm really is the pain barrier for anything that wants to be called a dresswatch. I see 39/40mm as the ideal size for the future. No one wants to go back to the 34-36mm of the past but some watches are beyond ridiculous nowadays.

These are my thoughts, maybe not earth shattering but Piaget is doing well right now as it is!
