I had the same dilemma until I saw both of them. Cannot really see why anyone would consider the 65 over the 67 when there is no dfference in cost. The larger case size feels and looks better imho. Not meaning to offend in any way, but the 65 may be a better fit for women who like a larger watch. The 67 is my first Patek and it has not been off o my wrist for the past 2 months now. It is my daily-wearer (hard to imagine for a Patek) as I do not ever even notice it is on. Just love it!

is the 5167 a better model than the 5165 or is it more a question of individual taste?
Probably taste, but who has any to try one? That is the big problem,
comparing them side by side. Although today everyone likes large so the 5167 would be most peoples choice I am guessing.
