Is this piece documented by Panerai as a Destro...if not and its a base model it could easily have been "turned" by a watch maker...which could make it worth even less .....what model is it???

Found a slightly used Marina Militare left handed and was wondering if anyone knows the value of this watch.Its in very good shape. 9 out of 10 with papers and box.

For me, they are worth nothing.
It is an OOR ( out of range ) which means that it is made in total disrespect of the original limited edition. So, it is worth nothing. Best, Nicolas
