How do you pronounce "Jaeger Lecoultre"

I've always heard it the way its spelled. but in their new website, in the History section, it sounds completely different. Also, does JLC make all of their own movements?

The Jaeger in Jaeger-LeCoultre was a Frenchman, and therefore it would be pronounced zhay-zher, as it is on the website. Jaeger is a German name, however, and would be pronounced yea-ger in German. Judging from what I have read, it is pronounced both ways...
