39mm Titanium case and ...

Additional complication like GMT, and quick release strap with optional titanium bracelet. One major limitation with this watch right now is the spring bar being too close to the case, making it impossible to use any NATO strap or bracelets.

Jaeger Lecoultre Memovox Boutique Edition from 2016: A good base for an evolution?

The Jaeger Lecoultre Memovox Boutique Edition from 2016 and its very cool blue dial: Imagine you are in charge of the development... What would you do? I would: - First choose a different case, less outdated, more modern and elegant. Master Ultra Thin 40 ...

When you put it like that....

It seems hard to beat your suggestion !

Nice ideas, but for me, its all about that bulky case.

They should really try a MUT version of it. Handwound would be nice as well, but a bit unrealistic. Really cool would be a bit more vintage-feel, though. Best, Reuven

I agree on most things there

I would go for a 38.5 or 39mm case, though. For the rest, just like you said.

;) Thanks, Tony. [nt]

One of the few watches I have ever sold (silver dial). And I adore the Memovox line.

The problem is the super bulky case. The moment they fix this, I will jump back on it. 38-39mm, plus thinner walls would be enough. If they go for manual wind, then it will be close to perfection. All the very best my friend, Alex

A bit smaller & thinner would be good

So 38/39 would be great. As it's an alarm, it's never going to be an ultra thin watch. Different dial colours would be good - burgundy would be nice as would a pale blue dial like an earlier Polaris. Also I'd really like it to have a gold master control m...

We didn't discuss the crowns, yet. Good suggestion. They don't bother me, but it is not a mad love for them, either. About the thickness, you are also correct, due to the alarm movement.

But if we go up to 10 or 11 mm maxi, the MUT 40 mm can do the job, me think... Best and thanks for your input, my dear JML. Nicolas
