Gorgeous!
When the light (often sunlight) hits the dial just right, the multiple layers of lacquer lead to an illusion of depth. You can see the numbers seem to have reflections below the surface of the dial. Something to discover (and take a picture, please)!

...really spectacular macros!! I'm also the owner of this watch and I state that: if only FP Journe made the fines finishes of his moviment, he would be the NĀ° 1 in all !
You could be right but I think there's an equation we have to take into account.
FPJ's annual production is around 800 timepieces and I think that's too much to make better finishing. I'm not sure, of course, but I think when you're an independent and when you exceed 200 timepieces per year for instance you have to decrease, or at lea...
