Watch photos

 By: AndrewD : April 30th, 2012-22:02
I would like you to all go through your photo albums and post up your two favourite watch photos. The ones that captured the watches’ personality, just as you love to see it. And explain what aspects of the watches are best shown. Or perhaps just why you ...

That Journe photo

 By: Gary G : May 1st, 2012-00:48
...is just extraordinarily tasty, Mech! I love being able to see the fine grain of the dial, and I'm a sucker for image sharpness so the extremely clean shot of the dial and numerals really does it for me. More! More! Best, Gary G

good eyes Gary! One more just for you :)

 By: Mech : May 1st, 2012-03:53
like the Datograph, the Journe was a joy to photograph. Mech....

I was wondering when Marie was going to get some love!

 By: Gary G : May 1st, 2012-19:41
Thanks, Mech -- I was hopeful that there would be a comment on that shot, because when I posted it on the Breguet forum there really wasn't too much feedback, which I found surprising. Not about the photo, but about the accomplishment that this watch repr...

OK, it was incredibly painful to do this (why did I sell THAT one?) but here ...

First shot ever taken on my kitchen counter. By now I must have taken 1000 photos of watches here. I love the dial, its readability and clarity. The moon. And the hollow arrow tip on the center seconds hand. The best watch I have and the longest held. Ano...

..and I'm thinking of them too..

 By: Ares501 - Mr Green : April 30th, 2012-23:33

Oooh yes, very slow, by all meanings. ;)

 By: amanico : April 30th, 2012-23:47
As for the Soul, I can't agree more with you. That was the main characteristic of these Pre V pieces. Best, my dear friend. Nicolas

I love this one...

It is so complicated to choose amongst the zillions pictures I have but I would like to highlight this one. Because this watch is pure candy. Because I like the colours. Because there is a fun side on the pic. Fx...

Oh, that's tough for me!

 By: Gary G : May 1st, 2012-01:38
...and since I have no self-discipline, I hope you'll forgive me for choosing 4. As part of my plea, I will say that 3 of the watches aren't mine, and the 4th photo hasn't been seen here in quite a while. In keeping with your request, I'll include a few w...
