Padani is one of the biggest, next to the harbor, with a lot of brand including PP, L&S, VC etc.

JB Jewellers for independants brands (AP, RM, Greubel etc)

Euro-Asia which is the main distributor of Rolex in Israel

And then, Chronotime with all the brands of Richemont, SG and LVMH


Padani and Euro-Asia are also in Jerusalem

And there are few boutiques in Raanana and Eliat

You may want to try Padani on Hayarkon st. - they stock some of the usual suspects, Itay Noy is the only local watchmaker I know about quite unique stuff: www.itay-noy.com And if in Jerusalem - you may want to check the Breguet collection in the M...

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other posters. Israel is a great country for many things, however unfortunately watch collecting is not one of them. I can highly recommend Falafel Gabai on Bograshov Street for perhaps the best falafel in Israel tho... 

Definitely better at street food than watch shopping
