I never had any service issues with Patek, Rolex, jaeger, Cartier, universal, I can keep going... and this goes beyond the issue of the human element, this is beyond an understandable error. This is someone frankly not giving a shit. Your loss of investment could prove an interesting source of action to the right attorney.

I know sometimes shit happens and I think most of us would give vendors we like a shot or two to fix problems, But this is embarrassing. Maybe just bad luck, but bad luck can be fixed by good service. You are a good customer - too good for AP imo.

When my RO was new it was 45 seconds fast per day. Now it seems to have normalized on its own. It's experiences like yours, and QC issues I've read about with Patek that seem to make Lange a strong contender
