The scarabs artifacts were popular in ancient Egypt as amulets. This particular scarab beetle is a symbol of rebirth and regeneration with a strong religious significance. It is probably checking the time for his next life to come . Cheers

I was curious about your NTH, so I did some research and found they are inspired by the old EPSA-cased compressor divers. Indeed a beautiful piece with a nice lume. Cheers
