New Seamaster 2635-7 and a question
Feb 08, 2009,14:54 PM
Greetings all!
I just found this nice Seamaster, originally delivered to its first owner just a few months before I was born. It came with its box & papers, and everything looks original.
However, I am doubtful of the script on the face of this watch: although the face looks original, I have not seen "Seamaster" in that script before, and have not been able to find another similar example. The S is too upright and sinuous, and the rest of the script looks unusual for that model, too rounded and full.
What do you think?
Merci!
