Very happy for you, my friend! If I had to get my first Zenith, it would be a S 58 or this one. Enjoy! Best, Nicolas.

. . . the New Vintage 1969 captured my imagination when it was introduced in '09, and my affection a year later when it arrived in Los Angeles. Now, it's mine ;-) . . .

Congrats, Art!

. . . this is my first new watch in just over three years, and it was a long time comin' ;-) . . .

you made the right choice

 By: LouS : February 12th, 2011-15:05
between this one and the Striking 10th IMO. I predict you will find this far more versatile than you anticipate, and anyway it is the more "Zenith-y" of the two!

It really was a tough call, Lou . . .

 By: Dr No : February 13th, 2011-06:36
. . . and it came down to realizing I'd be looking for reasons to wear the Striking 10th. Better a watch you'd want to wear often than one for special occasions . . .

Nice one, Art!

It's a beaut! Congrats. Looking forward to seeing and learning more about it.

Hi, That would be the one. This is a winner design IMO. I've had it on my wrist and it is all I like about Zenith: a strong and casual design, a great calibre, a readable chronograph. I don't understand why they have made nearly all the chronographs in th...

I had my doubts when I saw it in the store. But then again, I never tried it on. It really goes to show that you really need to try a watch on before dismissing it. I thought it was too big. But it looks just right on your wrist. Very beautiful watch! Con...

It really does feel . . .

. . . "just right" on my wrist, Echi. It's due in large measure to the cushion case design that conveys a sense of subliminal heft while retaining sensible dimensions . . . cordially, Art

Congratulations, Art
