The start/stop pusher is definitely harder than the reset pusher but not unbearably so. If I remember correctly, mine was always like this.

Yeah not unbearable bot noticeably hard-just like the lock down ๐Ÿ˜‚-None of my chronos have that so I was wondering-

It would not wind again. Just dead - completely dead. Talked with Zenith in New Jersey and they said they'd service it as soon as they re-open.
