I've been tending towards brands with better after sales service nowadays. I was pretty happy with chopard, and pleasantly surprised with omega too. Just curious how the LVMH/zenith service experience is. I suppose my bar is not necessarily high, but with routine service, two brands sent me back nonfunctional watches accused me of damaging them. They had the audacity to ask me to pay for service again since it supposedly was my fault they sent it back nonfunctional. Another brand explained I need to make sure the watch was wound for the day and date to turn over......turns out there was a design defect in the movement.
