Help with bronze watches!

Jul 05, 2019,14:01 PM

I have to admit that I haven’t really paid that much attention to Zenith - shame on me! Today, I saw the Pilot Cronometro Tipo CP-2 Flyback in bronze:

I was very surprised how well it wears for a 43mm watch. It’s also not that thick. They did an amazing job with this piece

I was very close to pulling the trigger. But, . . .

My question is how will the bronze case age? I’m ignorant on bronze watches. I’m just concerned how it will look in 10 years.

Thanks!

Mark

In 10 years that it looks like s rust bucket. But, Zenith did a really great job with the overall ‘packaging’ of this piece!
