i personnaly bought the dial to a merchant in Paris (the dial coming from the US if i can believe merchant words) and then changed under my custody. but i can help regarding 1st date of availability for it

i bought it 2 years ago i changed it bcs there is a scratch on a sub dial (probably caused but a butterfingers....) by the way if someone (a collector only) has an interest for this original dial i will give it (fro free)
