As the next anniversary is nearing - a shot of the P15 Cronometro Tipo CP-2
The P15 has not been my first WPS club watch - that honor goes to the St.Gallen Horology ABR - but certainly the first anniversary one.
The journey towards it was a somewhat convoluted one but I am very glad to have become the owner of I believe the final piece available. And it is a very versatile watch, changing depending on the strap paired with but never losing its utilitarian character. The details differentiating it from the standard model are all supremely well chosen and it will always be a testament to the transition of Zenith, with the chronometry certificates and the watch boxes signed by two different CEOs 😊

While not a 1-2-1 reissue of the original A. Cairelli piece it is a sensible modernization, while keeping the design language true to the original 🙌🏻
