Verdict: Watch of the Week

May 11, 2019,21:41 PM

With this many wonderful contributions certainly not an easy task to crown a winner. I went through the posts several times and as much as I found great beauties posted everywhere one piece came out a bit above.

I can only imagine the joy to wear a piece like this. Timeless elegance and beautiful composition all around. Top level enamel work. These are qualities that would already put this in the very top for consideration.

But... when the image depicts ones hometown? Surely give the theme being smile this time, how would this not make anyone smile like crazy? That just skyrockets this very piece along with its owner to a very secure winners position in this Watch of the week. A true WOW.

Thanks for participating and sharing this beauty with us here FabR. Look forward to seeing some wrist shots of this in action this summer:

I was very inspired to choose wrist shots to judge because I would have had even harder time selecting winners for Watch of the Week since it opens the universe to all and I would have had too many winners on the podium ! 😂. Too many great entries in the ...

Thanks for the kind words on my entry. Tough task for you but given the theme there could only be one winner this time, most appropriate entry the Joker. Great verdict!

Many congratulations to the winners

It seems the Calatrava is a photogenic watch. I was impressed by this fantastic Milgauss and Jocke's icecold Day Date. Congratulation to the winning Joker.

The PP 2526 is by far more than just only photogenic...

I’m truly honored to get your vote! Sometimes you just get lucky with a shot - with the help of an iPhone X, a glass of Yamazaki 18 and eleven minutes of time, LOL! Congrats to all our winners and participants this week! NickO
