One of my stories

may not be so exciting but I still pull it. I had just placed an order for a Dornblüth watch and set me on the normal pregnancy period of 9 months for delivery.
Then there comes a Russian mail with a request if it was not time for me to get a Moser? Of course, this mail included a number of pictures on the watch.
I didn't get in the fire and flames so it wasn't love at first sight. I announced that I probably will not buy this because we did not click directly.
The days went by and this watch was behind my head like a devil on the shoulder. I came to myself forty times google on the model and think I had soon looked
at all the pictures the net could bring up. So it was only to realize that it was a bit late when I emailed the Russian and asked for his bank account number. The
money was sent and the delivery options were discussed. We concluded that a meeting in Kalbe in 6 months could be a good idea. So now it was just sitting in
the boat and letting the months go, which you all understand is just how easy it is.
The time went by and we approached the delivery date. As usual, my firefighter Tony knew nothing and the Russian would wear the watch when we met to not raise
any suspicions. So when we met up in Berlin and had picked up the rental car and left, I hear Tony say: What the hell do you have a Moser? You can send it to me for
that I want to look at. I drive the car and will seem completely uninterested when he is going to show me it and I replicate: I get to check later because I am driving now.
Then the afternoon goes by and it is evening and it's time for a good dinner. Then I ask to check out the watch and after a thorough inspection I ask the Russian if he
can not get in trouble in the customs with the watch when he goes back? Then he says: Yes I can so it is just as well that you keep it. Tony looks with big eyes and
wonders if has heard right and says: What did he say? You can keep it? I answer: I believe it because I bought it from him. LOL Tony then says: Damn you fooled me
again with your secret watch purchases, at the same time I give Tony a pen that I received for him a few months earlier from Glashütte Original as a patch on the wounds.
He then had a hard time understanding just because I got a pen a few months earlier and he didn't. But it ended well and we are still friends.
To finish this little anecdote, I am stopped in customs when I leave Germany. They scan my luggage and when it comes out I get taken to the side I get information to bring
my luggage with me for I am going to swab. When this is done he packs up my Dornblüth and my Moser look at them very careful and tells me that he collecting watches too
but not in this caliber, he further says you must be a rich man when he sees my Lange 1815 on my wrist, and I say: I have been, now I am most poor.
