My big pleasure Stoikos!

 By: Subexplorer : September 3rd, 2021-20:59
The “red” SD is an awesome timepiece. Of course the Submariner/SD family can be associated with Bond. Never seen this particular model in other thing than the original Oyster (I also own this watch) but I feel the Bond Nato is a very interesting option to...

Rare to see this watch and I think it could possibly be the first time on WristScan. Thanks for sharing it with us on WristScan.

You are right Shemmir. That is really the first Connery/Bond watch. Not easy to identify during the first scenes of Dr No but there it was before his Submariner was evident later.

 By: Subexplorer : September 4th, 2021-13:07
Thank you so much for your participation and for bringing it here and share with us your nice example! Cheers and Hagwe! Abel

this is very iconic

I admire Pierce Brosnan

 By: Cookies : September 4th, 2021-02:28
Growing up in the 90’s, his character in 007 was filled with flamboyance, working with women sidekicks, and style. I admired my dad too. He was a sportsman, who wore a two-tone Omega Seamaster 200. The watch is not in a good condition anymore, and I have ...

Thanks Nico

 By: Cookies : September 4th, 2021-07:18
Lighter I bought earlier this year. I was just fixing shoes at the cobbler and noticed he sold this Zippo 007 too. I’m very happy with the trimetal. Will try to put it on a rubber strap in a couple of days time. Have a good day Nico.

Tantalum!

 By: Cookies : September 4th, 2021-07:36
Surprisingly the piece is very light. I just took the bracelet off, and swapped it for the rubber strap for a swim.=D ...

What I was hoping! :)))

 By: amanico : September 4th, 2021-07:55

Great sentiment …

 By: Cpt Scarlet : September 4th, 2021-08:35
Congratulations on getting this Omega with all the memories that it brings with it. I like the watch and it definitely reminds me of the Brosnan style. The lighter looks interesting. Best regards Captain

Thanks Captain

 By: Cookies : September 4th, 2021-08:50
Whenever I see your post, a song sticks in my head “No Limits”. That tune is impossible to forget.

Great post Cookies! Agree with you about the Bond of Brosnan. Horologicaly speaking he introduced the Omega in the franchise. There is an interesting video interview to Jean Claude Biver explaining...

 By: Subexplorer : September 4th, 2021-13:29
.... how the Omega Seamaster came to be the "official" timepiece of James Bond. I was very touched with your reference to your Dad. I can fully understand your feelings and it is so nice you keep those memories of him and his favorite watch. You did well ...

Thanks Abel

 By: Cookies : September 4th, 2021-13:37
Yes, I will wear it often, in good and bad times too. They represent more than time or luxury, but concentrated totems of emotions and moments which cannot come back.

Memories and iconic designs. Perfect combination.

 By: brauner : September 5th, 2021-06:01
Would like to share such memories.

=D

 By: Cookies : September 5th, 2021-07:50
Thanks Brauner. How was your weekend? Mine was quite uneventful and boring - lockdown and curfews here.

Everything ok here. I am on my way to Geneva right away

 By: brauner : September 5th, 2021-08:37
Not for watches but for business reasons. I hope there will be some time for watches. On my way back I will go to Bvlgari in Neuemburg to take a watch to service. I think not that boring🥴

Sounds fun!

 By: Cookies : September 5th, 2021-16:09
Have a great day Brauner.=D
