For me, since the last week end, and for the rest of the week, it is and will be my Rolex Explorer II 1655. Its big 24 hours orange hand and its unusual dial give me a lot of pleasure. A watch I didn't wear for a while but which is stuck on my wrist, now....

That's really a very nice vintage of an explorer.
By: geross : October 11th, 2018-04:15
I saw it up close recently in a cousin's wrist. Lots of charm. He may offer it to me for sale. It's his dad's, and his dad is my godfather. Sadly he has moved on, a nice man. Best wishes Nico. 😅 Geross.

By: Boris : October 12th, 2018-06:04
From the time IWC was making tasteful watches. Possibly my favorite IWC model, ever. I have lent it to my father, as he finds it so easy to read. I am over at my parents in Moselle this weekend, so I am using this occasion to put it back on the wrist. Bea...
Yes, it wears incredibly well
By: Boris : October 12th, 2018-06:46
39mm is easily the best size for my wrist, and this watch has great presence. Funny how they used a tritium / luminova mix for the hands and 12 o'clock indice, and luminova for the rest of the indices. You can see that the former have acquired a patina. ...
A really nice IWC.

It came with an original 2-tone jubilee bracelet. 5 mil serial, from 1977/78. Between the 1675 and 16753 rootbeer, the rolex coronet on the dial is raised on the 1675 while that on the newer 16753 is printed. 😊 ...

The Tribute to Polaris and the Black Pearl
By: Gelato Monster : October 14th, 2018-08:39
are my love. I have tried those top of the line avant garde titanium regulators, the Scubapro and Atomic are exceptional and awesome, yet somehow I always fell the connection with my Black Pearl. The Tribute to Polaris 1965 gives me the same feeling.
