Thank you so much for entrusting me with the static shot of the week
There were a lot of great entries. I guess the "daily beater" theme resonates with most people.
First, a couple of runners-up:
- Art's vintage Omega Tank is a beautiful testimony to Art Deco, and I found the execution very playful.
- Bruno's Tudor BB GMT, which he apparently wears exactly like a beater should be, judging by the picture that followed this shot
But the gong had to go to Arie's Great White Patek. What a splendid shot, on his Cadillac Lincoln Mark iV.
Well done, guys!
PS: I absolutely loved Jocke's entry, but thought it belonged perhaps more in the Wrist Shot category.
