First time I became aware of Scarlet Johansson and of the Park Hyatt (which may be my favourite urban hotel property in the world, a view heavily biased also by my affinity for Tokyo and Japan and a delusional belief that one day I will bump into Scarlett...

As I think back to my earliest drive in movies, I think back to asking my folks for the keys to the new Duetto. Maybe to see Grand Prix, which came out a few years before or later, Le Mans. But then, since I've already asked for the keys, maybe I'd ask to...

Oh yeah...

I recall seeing . . .

 By: Dr No : June 22nd, 2019-16:23
. . . Le Mans when it came out at the nearby Westminster theater. A shame it wasn't screened at the Warner Drive-In . . . that would've been a hoot! AM car radio blasted at full volume during racing scenes ;-) . . .

I remember waiting in line to see the first screening in Des Moines, Iowa and then going to the first drive-in showing, later that summer...

 By: kkochheiser : June 22nd, 2019-16:53
By then I was so deep into racing that it was as close to a physical addiction as I ever want to experience.
