Hello dear friends ! Our big community event is now live and our theme is all about our “weekend watches”. I’m sure most of us enjoy a change of watch and the pace of life at the weekend, free from the constraints of the week and our numerous commitments....
The Hulk is a fantastic Submariner. A different character to the classic all black Submariner we are all fond of. I specially love its chamaleonic green dial, which changes from a brilliant emerald green to almost black depending the angle of incidence of...
The Hulk definitely relies on lighting conditions to show its true potential. Part of the pleasure is watching it change in different environments. Best regards Captain

After 3 days the rate is dead on! (No deviation when wearing and 1 sec at night…but since the second night I left it on a different position, it cancelled out!). Truly impressive. It truly wears like a small 43mm Panerai and i actually order several strap...
Just announced a few days ago and already on your wrist!! And with enough time to try it with some superb straps! Big congrats my friend. Lovely timepiece and a strap monster!! Enjoy it in the best of good health!! Hagwe Abel
. . . it Longines had recreated the original . . . [Longines 15.94 photo credit: eBay] . . . movement? Updated to modern technical standards, but mimicking the original layout? Or even the pocket watch version as depicted above? ...
. . . from watchmaking's Dark Decade. I've never seen an Hour Angle in the metal; our first Omega Forum moderator Bill Sohne owned one in the past, if memory serves correct, and George Gently posted his on WPS . . . . . . a few years ago. ...
Though I have to say , I don’t think of it as a weekend watch but do love it on the wrist ( despite the size ) whenever I get the chance . Acquired around ‘09 but never tire of looking at it 🙂 ...
. . . exceedingly doubtful my wrist would accommodate a Lindbergh, much less a Type 20, but these leviathans are still personally fascinating on account of their historical legitimacy coupled with compelling pocket watch movements. Gratefully, Art
. . . to make an informed judgement. Usually watches in that size range don't work aesthetically on my wrist, but there are exceptions, like Omega's Ultra Deep. Best, Art

As this baby is earlier than Breitlings Navitimer. A Weems is after a Cartier Santos, but a Weems is maybe earlier with a complication for the pilot. I do not how it works to time with the inner dial.
Yes that are interesting wrist pocket watches. I remember the blueprint dial Zenith pilot. As i seen there is another forum member who show us his Zenith pilot.
Just love this crazy watch. Every time you share I instantly take to Chrono24 and elsewhere to see what else Angular Momentum made and is on offer. Yours by far is the one if I were to ever do one. Thanks so much for sharing!👏
… fast and loud! Lovely watch! Look how its dial has patinated with passing time… Sublime! Great shots to share it with us! Have a nice and relaxed weekend!! Abel
. . . likely on account of all the rain and cold weather we've been experiencing in recent weeks. There was another on the ground just a few feet away. I left the bee in the photo because its colors matched the Omega's.
… as you know I’m fond of changing watches daily but the weekends invite to make more changes e.g. a watch for the morning another for afternoon and may be another for the evening. I started Friday with a playful and full of color presence on my wrist: Sp...
Good choices Abel and the variety is truly what our passion for collecting watches is all about. The Aquanaut really is one of the most versatile watches ever produced by Patek in my opinion and you choice of strap shows just how versatile it really is. I...
Regret my skin doesn´t bear rubber touch for very long and I need to search for other choices in my watches so equipped. Glad you liked the last BP shot. I liked to include two Aqua Lung instruments in one shot! Have a nice weekend dear friend, Abel

I´m specially fond of Seiko diving watches. And though I´m not fond of modern "intelligent" watches I must admit their capabilities are awesome and practical. Guess I should pay a little attention to this type. Enjoy your weekend! Abel
... not accustomed to use new gadgets. I´m glad to know you enjoy biking with your son and can put this Garmin in good use. Keep enjoying so much my friend. Best, Abel
I always like the strong design details in a Seiko and the reliability. Your Glycine also looks very good and not one that we have seen before here. Thank you for joining us this weekend. Best regards Captain
Not always we view same watch in two different wrists! I´m very fond of Seiko diving watches: tough and reliable and with a lot of character in their designs. Have a nice weekend! Abel
Also think that photo is fun too, its nice to have friends who share similar taste. Could not argue that Japanese always use their soul to create something, their 3 hand dress watches (GS) are also alluring 🌝
Agree with your comments: always nice to share our passion for watches with friends with similar taste for them. And also that Japanese and Seiko makes some very fine watches. Specially in their GS line which are among my favorite. Best cordial regards, A...

Hello Capn , great theme this … weekend 🙂. For the weekend , usually mine are the more modest watches in my collection, either microbrands , or occasionally a tool like Sinn or a “ fun “ one like the Azimuth , or Visconti . And yes, plenty of Quartz too 😬...
That’s quite a lineup you’re sharing with us on WristScan this weekend, excellent collection of watches for maximum weekend pleasure. Your Sinn is particularly cool. Best regards Captain
