Hello JML! A big pleasure to have you hosting this weekend...
Oct 10, 2020,06:20 AM
... and with an interesting Theme which I feel will bring some awesome entries from our Community.
Let me play with this Longines Ephemerides Solaires reference 5234 produced in a Limited Edition in 1989 to celebrate 100th Anniversary of the brand.
Additional to hour, minutes and seconds it offers complication of date, month, time of sunrise and sunset, solar decline and equation of time.
I bought about ten years ago in my beginnings as a watch collector just because I liked so much.
I confess that I rarely wear it and it resides in a watch box most of the time.
You may ask why I keep it and the answer is I still like it and find it intriguing and unusual for its several complications and intricate dial.
Your challenge for this week end inspired me to look for it and strap on my wrist for use along the week end.
Have a nice week end dear JML and all our friends here!!
Cheers! Abel
